Some Things. . .

In Need Of Sober Contemplative Thought
compiled by The Old Hippie Because I Am Resigned To Reality

When you read the following items that I've included in today's posting, the irony of the cartoon below/right becomes obvious. . .  Rather than rant and rave at the obviousness of the stupidity, the arrogant ignorance, the denial, the corruption that has become "our" government, I simply present a list of perceptive, and ironical items for sober contemplation.

The existing reality of America today is long past the needs of contemplative thought, as it all as become so obvious, but I present these perspective, and ironical "jewels" for your perusal anyway.  Maybe in the hope that some, other than those of us in the choir, or on the bus, so to speak, will actually take the time to think - Wow, what a concept, real critical thought.  For anyone to actually still believe there are any loyal opposition Americans left who would actually use critical thinking as a method for contemplating American reality, could be pollyannaish, but my hope dies eternal. Your Right
Okay, I'll shut up now, and get on with letting you make your own critical analysis, and contemplative decisions on the following items of interest. . .
