The Golden Rule. . .

Those That Have The Gold. . .  Rule.
And You Continue To “Allow” Them Their “Allowed” Theft.

I haven’t posted anything for over a week because... I had to ‘take a step back,’ and try to observe my nation’s continued ‘allowed’ deterioration from the ‘outside,’ so to speak.

I went back into the archives of this blog, and others, like CommonDreams, Crook and Liars, Truthout, Truthdig, Democracy Now!, The BBC, The CBC, The Independent (UK), Mother Jones, Michael Moore, Alternet, et al, and even dug back through the history of the ‘allowed’ corporate take-over of this nation’s media, and the very few’s ‘allowed’ successful transfer of this nation’s wealth to themselves by open theft, ...to review the evidence as it progressed over time...  And it’s more than depressing, frightening, disgusting, not to mention disillusioning.

Now here we are, in the last quarter of 2009, still ‘allowing’ the destruction of this planet’s biosphere, still ‘allowing’ the destruction of this nation’s Constitutional framework, still ‘allowing’ the increased manipulated influence of insane fundamentalist ideology, still ‘allowing’ the very few to continue their open theft of this nation’s wealth and freedoms, and liberties, still ‘allowing’ our own self-destruction. . .  All for the long term wealth from short term profits to the very few from the very many...  “Us, the allowers.”

The simple complexity of the complex simplicity is beyond most Americans.

The problem with the stupid and ignorant among us is that while they “proudly and patriotically,” allow their own self-destruction by fighting among themselves as they were programmed to do, is that they are destroying much more than just their environment, their livelihoods, their lives...  They are destroying us all.

Ignorance is curable, stupidity is forever.

Fight the stupid - Educate the ignorant.  Or stupidly pay the price.

Oh, wait...  We already are.
