Obvious Moral. . .

Nice People Finish Last And Are Losers.

The following was in reply to one of the members of my email elist.

A truly nice person.  Who got off his ass and actually went to his local polling place, volunteered, and worked all election day.  I am seriously very proud of him.

He related to me about the difference he saw in the politeness of, and between a liberal, polite one, and an obvious republican, who was rudely intimidating, and taking pictures of, those voting.

The following is my ranting/angry reply to him. . .

They won - They are the winners - Laughing at our "stupidity" of niceness - So do we remain nice?  Or would revolution be just too hard, scary, and inconvenient for the (we?) modern American nice liberal, progressive, sane, reality-based, rational, moderate. . .

As long as they know our niceness will allow them to pull off the corporate takeover of the voting process, the media, the government - unchallenged - they will continue to win-win-win - to con-
tinue to profit - at a any cost to anyone in their way.

Won't they?

Did you see the press conference?  The "joking" president?  Have you seen the mismatch of the exit polls in Ohio, Florida, and New Mexico?  Have you seen that there was no other mismatch in any other city/county/state?  Did you see that the corporate news services - changed - their exit poll data, after initially reporting correct numbers, to numbers that match the machines?!?  Did you notice that "they" are saying that this, one of the closest, and most split elections - Is a fucking "mandate" for their revolution?!?

Bush didn't win - They have now - literally - gotten away with - the theft of two presidential elec-
tions - and in 2002 the Hagel win in Nebraska, the Max Cleland loss in Georgia, et al, that I re-
ported to this e-list when they happened in 2002. . .

They are the winners.  They have the power - the profits.  They have cleaned out the treasury - They are going after every last bloody cent that they can get - It is going to get worse - Are you going remain nice?

Are you?

Answer me asshole.  Are you going to let them get away with it as they continue to smirk at you - As their profitable polices kill and continue to kill - thousands upon thousands of innocents -

Answer me.

They are - right now - changing the constitution - raping what is left of environmental protections - right now using our democracy against us - right now ripping up 227 years of rational discourse on civil liberties, and the separation of church and state - Want to remain nice? - Tell me - Do you?

Because if you do - I no longer have time for you.

P. S.  If by this time you do not realize that this is not a time of the
         usual "just politics," and do not know that we, and the world
         are in very real and grave danger, and do not know that "our"
         American Constitutional Democracy has already been heavily
         damaged, and it is going to get worse, not "maybe" or "could,"
         but will - Then you are the loser they know you to be - And
         they love you for your own ignorance of, your denial of, their
         manufactured "reality."
